We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst with a strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role requires a proactive professional with advanced financial modeling skills and the ability to develop insightful dashboards to support leadership. The Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with financial services and operations teams, leveraging critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven decisions and support business growth.

The Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with financial services and operations teams, leveraging critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven decisions and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Directs the annual budgeting process, coordinating with all budget owners to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
- Maintain and optimize Workday/Adaptive systems for forecasting purposes.
- Develop and present insightful dashboards for leadership using PowerBI.
- Support financial services and operations teams by building, developing, and performing in-depth financial analyses.
- Utilize advanced financial modeling skills to drive strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis as required to drive business decision making.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Requires at least four (4) years of experience in an analyst position with proven track record of budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial analysis.
- Extensive experience with budgeting and planning tools, Workday/Adaptive.
- Experience acquiring, cleaning, and analyzing data.
- Experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling.
- Strong background in database navigation and generating detailed reports.
- Strong critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex, non-routine problems.
- An ability to communicate financial information with individuals possessing varying degrees of technical and functional knowledge.
