Financial Planning & Analysis Technical Analyst - US Tech Solutions, Inc.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• This role will be our core FP&A lead across the Platforms & Devices – owning the data infrastructure, financial & management reporting, and presentation all the way up to senior leadership.
• This role also has opportunity for commercial involvement (i.e. GTM and deal support). This role is best suited for a financial professional seeking to further develop and apply their finance & business skills.
• Manage central FP&A activities including annual planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Own global budget management and reporting to help leadership manage their budgets proactively rather than reactively (e.g. Opex, Headcount).
• Support global financial planning cycles and drive visibility into business performance and resource planning decisions.

 
Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or Strategy and Operations or Management Consulting.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills – e.g. unions, joins, subqueries, window functions, etc.
• Intermediate to advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills (Sheets preferred) – e.g. index match, sumifs, countifs, pivot tables, etc.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.

 
Desired Skills:

• Prior experience in FP&A, consulting, financial services, data science preferred.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills.
• Impeccable business judgment, strong conviction and confidence to communicate and influence effectively with business partners Organized, strategically focused, detail oriented, self-starter and able to deal with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment.

 
Education:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
