The FP&A Manager leads a team of analysts on the Financial Planning & Analysis team within Financial Management. As a leader, this person is responsible for leading others in a way that is consistent with the CHG core values. Additionally, this person will hire, train, and plan the development of their people. This position also leads projects, assignments, and strategic initiatives. These include projections, budgets, process improvement efforts, development and implementation of policies and best practices, and financial reporting and analysis. This position also reviews and approves the work performed by their team, including the monthly close, projections/budgets and general reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Ability to lead individuals by developing great relationships, providing feedback about performance, and supporting direct reports
- Commitment to living CHG core values and leading through the core values and CHG's award winning culture
- Reviews work of direct reports to ensure their team is successful and that the work meets quality standards
- Develops best practices and leads and implements process improvement initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership on sales teams to understand financial results and provide proactive decision support
- Help lead annual budgeting process by assisting sales and business partner leaders and assigning and reviewing direct reports through the budget
- Provide direction and support for monthly projections using historical analysis, data modeling, and input from sales leaders; review projections for accuracy and reasonableness.
- Strong understanding of systems used in preparation of financial statements and financial reporting
Qualifications

- Strong understanding of information systems used by CHG FP&A Team (e.g. Excel, Workday, OneStream, Salesforce, Tableau, Analysis Services)
Education & Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in Accountant or Analyst role
- 1-3 years of leadership/management experience
- Accounting or Finance experience
- Degree in accounting, finance or business related field
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $91,100 -- $220,700 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
