Overview of the Financial Planning and AnalysisRole:

• Monitor KPIs, prepare variance analysis and ad hoc financial reports
• Prepare detailed budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial modeling
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations department and executive leadership for strategic planning
• Make recommendations and assist with implementation of process improvements

Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Planning and Analysisrole:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum five years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced financial modeling and strategic planning abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization

Location: This role is 100% onsite in Goshen, IN.

Salary: $87,000 - $97,000 depending on experience
