Job Title: Financial Onboarding and Processing Specialist
Department: Profit Coach
Location: Remote
Work Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, some weeknights, and some weekends.
Compensation: The starting pay for this position ranges from $24.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience. Over time, this role has the potential to earn up to $34.00 per hour based on tenure, performance, and experience, plus spiffs/incentives.

Primary Job Function: The Financial Onboarding and Processing Specialist facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This work will include various department-specific projects.
Daily Duties:
- Processing of client financial statements as necessary
- Complete onboarding of new Financial Coach accounts
- Work with clients to set foundational structure in accounting software
- Retrieves information as requested from records, emails, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Update and maintain templates
- Update Financial Coach resources as directed
- Complete reporting as directed
- Use the tools and resources as provided within the guidelines specified
- Maintain client files and appropriate electronic documentation as directed
- Treat all internal and external customers, clients, and co-workers with respect
- Other duties as assigned
