Role/Responsibilities:
- Administration of the Financialforce environment; responsibilities include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, views, campaigns, complex workflow rules, data, validation rules, approvals, dashboards, reports, etc.
- Driving the innovative use of Financialforce as a productivity tool and business platform
- Interfacing with end users to understand feature requirements and/ or address support issues and working collaboratively with Finance, Product Management, Salesforce admins and Salesforce developer resources on more complex requests and issues.
- Maintaining and enhancing visual layouts, clicklinks, integrations, workflow rules and business logic to enhance business processes and improve user experience.
- Deploying Salesforce meta-data between non-production and production environments.
- Creating documentation, maintaining standardization and proactively seeking ways to continuously improve processes & procedures.
- Developing, launching and managing in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual levels.
- Remaining current on Financialforce/Salesforce best practices and technologies and advising on these practices for Salesforce based solutions.
- Providing support to Financialforce users to resolve issues with Financialforce and related applications.
- Working with Salesforce support to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.
- Communicate system changes to management team in advance, manage new releases and system changes and efficiently roll out new features without interruption to the user.
- Maintain System, Security and Integrity - design, create and maintain multiple user setup, roles, profiles and hierarchies; grant/remove and maintain user licenses; maintain security including sharing rules and security levels; map hierarchies and reassign records in response to personnel changes.
- Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Financialforce and Force.com applications.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for existing or new users/groups on an ongoing basis, create and update training materials.
