Position Information: The Field Security Manager will oversee Security Operations for a patrol based financial services program. The financial services program operates a matrixed security protocol of fixed, floating and mobile patrol services to mitigate security related concerns.

The Field Security Manager will be responsible for the daily operations, strategic planning, and overall direction of the program. The manager will meet regularly meet with external client management and internal senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, selection, and development of security personnel
• Management of statutory and contractual compliance
• Oversight and inventory of equipment and uniform quartermaster
• Monitoring, coaching and correcting performance of security personnel
• Client engagement on a local, regional, and national scale

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 60 Semester Hours of Post-Secondary Education
• Military or Law Enforcement Experience (4 years)
• Security Supervisory Experience (1 Year)

Preferred Qualifications:

• College Degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Security Management or related field.
• 8 years of Military Service and achievement of an E5 rank or higher
• 7 years of Law Enforcement Service with a municipal, county or state police agency and achievement of the rank of Corporal or higher
• Security Supervisory Experience of 3 years or greater

Compensation: Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications. Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K with a 100 percent match to 4% of contribution.
