Financial Data Specialist
The Financial Data Specialist is an integral part of the GardaWorld Security Corporate Finance Department. Working with our branches and financial analyst teams, the successful candidate will assist with data entry related to new customer accounts and updates to existing customer accounts. This position requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines. This is an entry-level position in the finance team. This role supports a key function of the Financial Analyst Team and will work closely with that team. High performers will be given the opportunity to advance into that team at appropriate times.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform accurate and complete data entry related to new and existing customers setups.
- Assist with preloading billing data in company ERP.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Financial Analyst Managers.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Review and Verify Data provided by Branches match Account Forms.
- Enter Verified Data into company ERP.
- Ensure Accuracy and Timeliness of tasks.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- The candidate should be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands. In addition, the ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact with all levels of the organization is essential to the position.
- Basic knowledge of Excel is required.
