Job Description:

As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or managing our business performance cadence, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive insights and analysis which support the Americas business and shape strategy, in partnership with Americas Sales leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve Americas Ads Finance processes and lead efforts to scale best practices across the Americas.
- Interact with other Ads Finance, Go To Market and other regional central teams to assure strategic and analytical alignment, as well as data consistency and efficiency
- Own, run and improve complex operational processes from end to end that support the client Ads business
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or relevant work experience in financial/quantitative analysis.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, FP&A and/or project management experience with demonstrated process improvement
- Support LCS critical Ads Finance operations such as reporting, forecasting, target setting, analysis, and budget management.
- Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and the ability to communicate with a senior management team
- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
- Strong spreadsheet skills with experience creating financial dashboards or models.
- Act as a liaison to connect central Finance teams and the local teams.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
