Financial Data Analytics & Planning (FP&A) Consultant at US Tech Solutions

Job Description:

• As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our Ads Sales leaders to make strategic decisions. As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or managing our business performance cadence, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive insights and analysis which support the Americas business and shape strategy, in partnership with Americas Sales leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve Americas Ads Finance processes and lead efforts to scale best practices across the Americas.
• Interact with other Ads Finance, Go To Market and other regional central teams to assure strategic and analytical alignment, as well as data consistency and efficiency
• Own, run and improve complex operational processes from end to end that support the client Ads business

Experience:

• 2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or relevant work experience in financial/quantitative analysis.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, FP&A and/or project management experience with demonstrated process improvement
• Support LCS critical Ads Finance operations such as reporting, forecasting, target setting, analysis, and budget management.
• Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and the ability to communicate with a senior management team
• Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
• Strong spreadsheet skills with experience creating financial dashboards or models.
• Act as a liaison to connect central Finance teams and the local teams.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
