Job Type: Fulltime/Contract on W2
Duration: 10+ month
Locations: Charlotte, NC– In-office 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $65- $70per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Title: Compliance and Financial Crimes Officer

As a Compliance and Financial Crimes Officer, you will-
- Consult on complex, large-scale Compliance or Financial Crimes initiatives with significant impact.
- Analyze and resolve multifaceted challenges, considering both tangible and intangible factors.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations while meeting deliverables.
- Collaborate strategically with client personnel to resolve issues.
- Identify risks in auto lending and communicate them effectively.
- Experience with lending compliance, particularly in auto lending (servicing, collections).
- Experience in conducting risk assessments for lending compliance functions
- Knowledge of specific lending regulations such as FDCPA, FCRA, and UDAAP.
- CRCM certification or other legal compliance/auditor certifications.
- Experience with non-real estate consumer lending products and related compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process.
