Must have:
- Currently, working in an Accounting leadership role managing other Accountants
- 3+ yrs of Oil & Gas industry experience
- Revenue accounting experience
- CPA
Preferred:
- Quickbooks

Job Details
Primary responsibility for a department of four revenue accountants.
- Prepare annual Financial Statements using a modified completed contract method of accounting.
- Prepare weekly cash flow summaries for the owner.
- Assist with the accounting and financial issues of approximately 10 other company-owned related entities.
- Provide accounting guidance for the revenue processing function and well working interest calculations.
- Oversee outsourced payroll for approximately 50-60 employees in two locations.
- Oversee accounts payable function for the company and other owner related entities.
- Supervise expense reporting and American Express accounting.
- Oversee and manage corporate and health insurance needs.
- Assist with the possible Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) transition.
Must have:
- Currently, working in an Accounting leadership role managing other Accountants
- 3+ yrs of Oil & Gas industry experience
- Revenue accounting experience
- CPA
