Financial Controller (Management) at CareerBuilder Premium Subscription

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in commercial property management accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
• Yardi software is preferred, not required.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.
