Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Prepare and present financial reports and risk analysis.
- Collaborates with the CFO & leadership team to create forecasts and budgets.
- Create budgets and forecasts for the company.
- Establish and implement a training program for new finance employees.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Analyze financial data to identify our company’s financial status and performance.
- Drive the company's financial planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.
- Manage team of financial assistants and professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, or a similar role for a minimum of 3 years.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
- A proven track record of working with senior management to drive cost-saving measures through budgeting and forecasting.
- A demonstrated ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
