About the Role:
Our client in the Baltimore, MD area area is seeking an Interim Accounting Expert for a pivotal role as a Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in accounting and hold a Bachelor's degree. CPA certification is mandatory, and an MBA is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities include: collaborating with Accounting Leadership to establish and implement financial goals, policies, and priorities. The role requires proven expertise in managing internal financial management and control systems, with a focus on continuous improvement. The Financial Controller will also manage the preparation of financial statements and operating reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
