Contract to Hire opportunity: The Company's goal is to hire permanently after 90 days!

TRAINING: 7 weeks- Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm (Attendance is Crucial!)

Shift Information:

Once Training is completed you will be assigned a set schedule below

• Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri, Sat: 5:30pm-2am OR 7:30pm-4:00am MST
• Sun, Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri: 5:30pm-2am OR 7:30pm-4:00am MST
• Excellent attendance is crucial (you cannot miss any time during the 7 weeks of training)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and provide prompt, accurate, and efficient customer service
• Research and resolve customer issues independently
• Navigate multiple systems and tools to access customer information
• Adhere to strict quality and compliance standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals

Qualifications:

• 6 months of customer service experience (retail, call center, or similar)
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
