Since our founding in 2016, we've experienced a wonderful period of organic growth delighting customers and through acquisitions. We are currently seeking a Financial Assistant to join our growing FAOps team, specifically with one of our existing managers. Ideal candidates will have at least 2-5 years of experience working at an Investment Manager, fund administrator, bank, or other financial services institution. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization, with plenty of career advancement opportunities. The role is based in Atlanta, GA. Can move to a hybrid 3-4 days in the office model once proven and successful in the role.
Responsibilities:
Compensation: A base of $60,000-$80,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits

Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper completion of subscription forms, with reference to requisite qualification requirements and monitoring the number of benefit plan investors (ERISA monitoring)
- Manages the investor portal for assigned group of clients, including data input of quarterly investor balances, document management, and maintaining investor communication preferences
- Review Capital Call and Distribution notices to investors and maintains a record of investor capital commitments
- Maintains investor demographics and reviews all appropriate AML, KYC and client verification checks
- Identifies and manages investor problems/issues and participates in their resolution
- Maintains investor wire instructions and initiates wires and payment instruction for distributions and fund expenses
- Assist in documenting controls and procedures for tasks outlined above
- Assist in maintaining internal CRM
- Updating weekly administrative reports
- Responding to emails and document requests
- The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working in the Investor Services or Transfer Agent group at a fund administrator, bank, or other financial services institution.
