Financial Assistant

Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is looking to speak with Boston area candidates who would be a good fit for opportunities with similar specifications to those listed below:

Responsibilities:

• Enter invoices, verify receipts, run checks, and assist with various Accounts Payable duties
• Handle bank reconciliations
• Create and maintain reports and records in Excel
• Post to the general ledger and take the lead for weekly payroll processing
• Provide administrative support to more senior members of the Finance department as needed
• Perform other tasks and engage in special projects as requested

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years of experience in an office environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs required
• Experience with QuickBooks is a must
• Knowledge of SAP and Concur is required; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and manage responsibilities independently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn
