JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of charity accounts assuring they are fully documented and accurately adjusted.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
+ Assures all charity approved accounts are fully documented to support adjustments
+ Gathers data from Docudata application to support all charity required adjustments.
+ Creates worksheets for approved Charity accounts without a worksheet.
+ Reviews charity report daily to assure all charity secondary, tertiary accounts are adjusted in a timely manner.
+ Process incoming charity-related mail.
+ Cross trains on duties of Charity Coordinator position.
+ Maintains consistent communication with Financial Assistance Reps at each facility to assure account issues are resolved and adjustments are posted.

QUALIFICATIONS
+ EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
+ EXPERIENCE - 2 Years of Experience
