About the Job
- Preparing month-end journal entries
- Updating monthly account analysis reports in Excel by refreshing Supplier Payments Reports and Account Analysis Reports in SAP Business Objects Webi and the P-Card SharePoint site and pivoting the information into summaries for the clients and verifying that all areas reconcile to the monthly Budget vs Actual reports
- Conducting research and root cause analysis in the general ledger in the Oracle Consolidated Financial System
- Reviewing expense transactions for compliance with GAAP
- Reviewing monthly accruals from the Coupa and Concur Invoice systems
- Variance analysis - Reviewing monthly budget planning assumptions and comparing them to the actuals on the general ledger and documenting variances
- Reconciling Account Analyses reports to the general ledger and budget assumptions in the budget templates
- Traditional FP&A activities including - Month-end close, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, general ledger research
- Preparation of journal entries including accruals
- General ledger research and root cause identification
Requirements:
- Excel - Pivots, VLOOKUP's, Filters, Conditional Formatting
- Strong work ethic with focus on precision and accuracy
- Ability to use Oracle Consolidated Financial System, SAP Business Object Webi, Hyperion SmartView and Planning, Coupa Procure to Pay, Concur Invoice
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
