This position is based out of our Burlington, MA headquarters location, where we work a required hybrid schedule of in-office on Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays
Our Financial Analyst, Supply Chain will be responsible for the development of accurate profit forecasting models, analyzing financial performance, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This individual will also support the annual budgeting process and our forecasting activities. This position reports to the Senior Director of Operations Finance and is an individual contributor position.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Prepare periodic supply chain forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annual) through collaboration with supply chain leaders and assess variances against actual results
- Participate in the development and maintenance of comprehensive supply chain forecasting models including inventory, PPV, freight, and capitalization
- Compile and report on cost saving initiatives, analyze cost drivers, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Administer the capex approval and tracking process including developing financial analyses
- Identify risks and opportunities in profit projections and recommend actionable strategies
- Analyze product costs and evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions
- Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholder presentation, highlighting insights and recommendations

In addition, we are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field; an MBA or a Master of Finance is preferred
- 2 – 3 years of experience in financial analysis or cost accounting preferably within a supply chain or manufacturing environment
- Proven track record in developing financial models and providing strategic insights
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle) and forecasting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy of work
