The Client is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to drive strategic financial insights and support our North America financial operations. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytical skills to optimize financial processes and deliver comprehensive reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with North America Controller to develop robust financial analyses, monthly reports, and audit support
• Design and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
• Execute comprehensive forecasting and budgeting activities, including preparing annual budgets and financial projections
• Utilize NetSuite to manage complex financial processes, including journal entries, cost of sales adjustments, and asset reconciliation
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on tax strategy, income tax returns, and regulatory filings
• Perform detailed monthly financial statement preparation and bank/investor reporting
• Conduct systematic review and reconciliation of financial expenses and revenue metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or financial management
• Advanced proficiency in financial reporting and budget preparation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
