In this role, you'll manage commission calculations, including plan modeling, creating complex formulas, processing payments, and resolving commission-related issues. Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:
- Develop complex Excel formulas for commission payments.
- Ensure the accuracy of reports.
- Prepare monthly commission calculations.
- Reconcile monthly commission payments.
- Assist in implementing and managing commission plans, providing guidance and analysis to business units
- Support system conversion and testing.
- Additional duties assigned
Requirements for the Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis
- Advanced problem-solving skills using mathematics and large data sets.
- Advanced Excel skills required; knowledge of SQL and VBA is a bonus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Compensation for the Financial Analyst
- 6-month Contract (Potential temp to perm)
- Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Position will sit on-site for training before going hybrid remote)
- Pay: $25-$27/hr. (depending on experience)
