Hybrid  4 days per week in office (Monday – Thursday)

Specific responsibilities include:

Responsible for analyzing financial data for eCommerce Business Planning, identifying trends, monitoring key performance indicators, preparing financial reports, conduct monthly p&l reconciliations, supporting budgeting and planning processes, and providing actionable insights to optimize financial performance and drive business growth within the eCommerce org.  Role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

1. Monthly P&L analysis (Plan vs. Actuals) b. Root cause analysis for variance in revenue & profit c. Root cause analysis of Below CGS sales orders d. Other adhoc financial analysis requests

THE CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS

Background & Competencies Required:

Strong knowledge of forecast modeling and basic p&l management.

Prior experience in a consumer electronics manufacturer and/or retailer preferred but not required.

Ability to navigate the organization to gather information, elicit feedback, gain buy-in, and engage others in B2C activities

Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities.

3 - 5 years of equivalent work experience required.

College degree required.

Proficiency in all components of Microsoft Office Suite as well as Tableau preferred.
