Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Analyst, you'll be an integral part of our team, supporting critical financial decision-making processes and delivering valuable insights to senior management. Here's what you'll be doing:
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, delving into variance and trend analysis, as well as financial modeling.
- Evaluate financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Reporting and Presentation:
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Financial Planning and Strategy:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft strategic financial plans and drive key initiatives.
- Provide accurate and timely financial information to facilitate decision-making processes.
Ad-Hoc Projects:
- Take part in special projects, such as cost optimization endeavors or market analysis, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or CFA designation is advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, showcasing strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial analysis tools, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in the renewables/energy sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong organizational aptitude, capable of effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
