Position Overview:
We're seeking a talented FP&A Analyst with strong Tableau skills to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Finance department, you'll be instrumental in analyzing financial data, creating insightful reports, and driving strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial analysis, extensive Tableau experience, and a passion for leveraging data to enhance business outcomes, particularly within the luxury travel sector.
Responsibilities:
- Tableau Mastery: Utilize Tableau expertise to develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations, extracting valuable insights from complex datasets.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, collaborating cross-functionally to support strategic decision-making.
- Salesforce Integration: Integrate Salesforce data with Tableau to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy across platforms.
- Data Management: Manage large datasets with precision, ensuring data integrity and supporting migration to Tableau for increased efficiency and scalability.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes, providing accurate financial projections aligned with business objectives.
- GAAP Analysis: Apply GAAP principles to perform comprehensive financial analysis and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate and distribute regular financial reports, documenting analytical methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tableau super user, with expertise in dashboard development and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Salesforce integration and CRM tools; familiarity with Prophix is advantageous.
- Strong Excel skills, with advanced abilities in data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Terms of Employment:
- Hours: Full-Time, 40+ hours per week
- Compensation: $80,000 Annually Depending on Experience + up to 10% Annual Bonus.
