Your Role:
As a Finance Analyst, you will serve as a trusted partner to brand leadership and operational teams, offering invaluable financial insights and support. Your responsibilities will include providing decision-making analysis, generating routine financial reports, fostering partner relationships, and contributing to forecasting activities.
What You'll Do:
- Develop monthly financial P&L reports and maintain excel-based financial models.
- Contribute to the consolidation of month-end financial reporting, updating the 3-Statement Model.
- Collaborate with the broader Finance/Accounting teams to support cash flow forecasting efforts.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with operational teams to prepare annual operating plans.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis projects as needed.
Qualifications:
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Background in the retail industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Oracle and/or Essbase is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in scenario modeling.
- Ability to manage data effectively and possess technical aptitude.
