Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team in Pennington, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for processing routine transactions, generating reports, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be involved in researching and resolving complex financial issues, particularly related to cost basis and tax lot records.

Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods, particularly tax season
Desired Skills:
Prior experience in financial analysis or accounting
Understanding of tax regulations and reporting requirements
Experience with financial software systems
Key Responsibilities:
Process various financial transactions, including account openings, trade processing, and payment processing
Generate accurate and timely reports
Research and resolve client inquiries related to cost basis and tax lot information
Update tax lot records to ensure compliance with IRS regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and problem-solving
Adhere to industry standards and internal procedures
Pay Details: $22.09 per hour
