Job Description for the Financial Analyst:

Our Client is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing financial data, supporting budgeting processes, and providing insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities or the Financial Analyst:

• Analyze financial performance and prepare reports on key metrics, trends, and forecasts.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support project evaluations.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and prepare presentations for management.
• Support ad hoc financial projects and analyses as needed.

Qualifications or the Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, including Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
