The candidate will oversee regional P&L for France & Italy, model key metrics, report performance, support forecasting, and drive process improvements. Financial Analyst Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $40/hr

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Support the finance director in maintaining oversight of the regional direct-to-consumer and profit and loss statements (P&L) for France & Italy
- Responsible for detailed modeling of key metrics, marketing, subscriber additions, conversion, churn, and revenue for the company's business in these regions for all forecasts, outlooks, annual and long-range plans.
- Accurate reporting of P&L against forecast including narrative on business performance and variances.
- Coordinate the month-end close process with cross-functional finance teams.
- Focus on measuring, reporting, and driving core KPIs and business activity.
- Support the long-range planning, process quarterly reviews, budget, and monthly forecast process.
- Collaborate with the wider International finance team to drive process improvements by automating reporting packages and dashboards to support all regions.
- Ad hoc reporting, modeling, analyses, and supporting local commercial teams with business case development.
- Work with Controllers, Tax, and Legal teams to determine requirements applicable to the company in each region.
- Ensure that the appropriate financial procedures and controls are maintained, including continuous review and improvement of working practices.
Financial Analyst Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Finance/Accounting-related experience
- Demonstratable experience working in a similar role, experience working in the entertainment/media industry is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to understand and articulate financial data.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience working with SAP and LongView is a plus.
- Experience in interacting with stakeholder groups across multiple finance functions and regions, working in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an acute attention to detail.
