Financial Analyst - C&F Mortgage

Overview

Responsible for rate sheet, secondary market reporting, supporting lock desk work-flow by utilizing our pricing engine and investor websites. Responsible for supporting secondary market functions regarding reporting, policies, procedures, and implementation with all guidelines set forth.

Responsibilities

• Secure pricing and the rate for individual loans.
• Monitor margins to ensure we are receiving our target margins on all individual loan basis.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Support staff with secondary marketing needs and reporting.
• Perform all other duties and projects assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, business or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of spreadsheet database, word processing and MS Office software.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
