Financial Analyst - firstPRO 360

firstpro 360 is partnering with a Residential Real Estate firm in Marietta looking for a Financial Analyst. The key to this position is someone with 2+ years of Analyst experience and strong SQL and Power BI knowledge.

• Create, update, and analyze monthly financial reports for senior leaders
• Identify variances and historic trends
• Partner with various internal teams to manage financial projects
• Produce and analyze data for loans and financing
• Develop and maintain SQL data models and data tools
• Provide analysis and insights on portfolio performance
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Office skills
• 2+ years of experience in a Financial or Business analyst role.
• Real estate experience preferred
