Overview of the Financial Analyst:

• Leverages financial systems for data analysis, research, and report generation
• Supports Financial Planning & Analysis, overseeing annual financial plan, periodic forecasts, and variance analysis
• Conducts reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity
• Engages in collaborative efforts with multiple locations, identifying KPIs and providing insights
• Analyzing large amounts of data and giving input on process improvements
• Establishes procedures for financial data integrity

Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Intermediate Excel experience, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Index Match, and Macros
