Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance.
2. Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, including labor and manpower planning.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
4. Conduct detailed financial analysis to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
5. Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
6. Compile and review financial information for journal entries and month-end closing activities.
7. Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
8. Monitor progress and changes, keeping senior leadership abreast of the organization’s financial status.
9. Assist in coordinating the preparation of the draft audited financial statements and footnotes.
10. Collaborate with team members to improve financial procedures, processes, and systems.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Proven experience in financial forecasting, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
4. Proficient in creating and managing financial statements, including balance sheet, cash flow, and P&L.
5. Strong understanding of month-end processes and journal entries.
6. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
7. Ability to work independently, manage large, complex projects, and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. High level of proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
10. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
