We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position within our fast-paced Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our financial planning and decision-making processes, helping us drive business profitability and growth through their comprehensive financial analysis and reporting. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with a strong analytical mindset, who is looking to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:
1. Conducting detailed financial analysis to influence strategic decisions, identify trends, and evaluate company financial performance.
2. Creating and maintaining financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
3. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance and trend analysis, and presenting findings to senior management.
4. Working closely with other departments to understand financial needs, budget constraints, and financial results.
5. Developing and implementing effective financial management strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
6. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
7. Participating in cross-functional projects and providing financial insights and recommendations.
8. Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification would be a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and budgeting.
4. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and best practices.
5. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills. Experience with financial software applications is a plus.
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
9. A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
