Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our hospital finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare finance and a proven track record of financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning within a hospital or healthcare setting. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making and financial performance improvement.
The work schedule is hybrid and requires 3 days per week onsite; 2 days offsite.

+ Financial Analysis and Reporting : Candidates should have a solid foundation in financial analysis, including experience with financial modeling, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts is essential.
+ Budgeting and Planning : Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning is important. Candidates should have experience developing and managing budgets, tracking financial performance against targets, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
+ Revenue Cycle Management : Experience with revenue cycle management processes, including billing, coding, and reimbursement, is highly valuable. Candidates should be familiar with revenue cycle optimization strategies and have a track record of improving revenue collection processes.
+ Cost Management and Analysis : Experience in cost management and analysis is critical. Candidates should have a strong understanding of cost structures in healthcare organizations and experience identifying cost-saving opportunities, analyzing cost variances, and implementing cost control measures.
+ Data Analysis and Technology Skills : Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software is essential. Candidates should have experience extracting, organizing, and analyzing financial data from various sources, such as electronic health records (EHR) systems and financial databases.

_The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location.
