Responsibilities:
- SOW Financial Planning Review:
- Collaborate with team members to analyze project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements for accurate financial projections.
- Support in validating financial assumptions and identifying potential risks associated with project finances.
- SOW Routing:
- Monitor the progress of SOWs through approval stages and assist in resolving any routing issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate documentation of SOW routing activities for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
- Support and Communication for Project Managers:
- Assist in communicating financial updates, changes, and clarifications to project managers in a clear and timely manner.
- Collaborate with project managers to address financial challenges and optimize project financial performance.
- SAP PS Module Management:
- Assist in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the SAP PS module.
- Provide basic training and guidance to users on SAP PS functionality and processes.
