Swingtech is currently looking to fill the Financial Analyst role. Responsibilities & other details are listed below:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in the reconciliation and review of daily and monthly invoice processing actions.
• Identify discrepancies in invoices and communicate issues to the appropriate staff for correction.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly deliverables and reporting.
• Perform general administrative duties, including document preparation, filing, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support for special projects and administrative tasks as needed.
• Track and report progress on assigned tasks and ensure that project timelines are adhered to.
• Assist in the preparation of performance reports for submission to management.
• Help maintain a high level of customer service and ensure all administrative functions are in line with contract requirements.
• Provide general support to the administrative team as needed.
ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support.
• Associate's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
