Financial Analyst Intern - 2025 - Duluth Trading Company

What You'll Learn:

• How to prepare monthly financial results, providing explanations for variances from budget/forecast, and identify risks or opportunities for improvement
• How to build financial models, perform scenario analysis and present financial findings to key stakeholders and leadership team
• How to deliver insights integrating data from diverse sources, and applying analytics to recommend options and influence business decisions

What We’re Looking For:

• Junior or Senior with a major in Accounting or Finance
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Extremely high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt, collaboration and work within a high functioning team
• Strong knowledge of Excel/spreadsheet skills and Google Slides
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across
• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
