Company Profile:
USA DEBUSK LLC (“USAD”), a privately held industrial services company based in Deer Park, Texas, is looking to add a key position to drive increased profitability, automation, process improvement, enhanced reporting and support of the Company’s M&A and banking programs.
This position will report to the FP&A Manager. The position will also work closely with the Controller to produce required financial reports and manage the forecasting and budgeting processes along with associated variance analysis.

This will be a dynamic role that will likely participate in additional projects/initiatives companywide which may include Operations, Legal, Marketing, Customer and/or Vendor contracts, strategic growth initiatives, and more. The willingness and desire to learn new skillsets and participation in these projects/initiatives is important.
Key job functions:
- Build and then produce all required period end financial reports.
- Requires accounting knowledge and experience in consolidations, Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flows
- Analyze and communicate key variance issues within those reports.
- Ability to work with available tools most effectively until system enhancements and automations are in place.
- Assist in potential system enhancement implementation.
- Manage quarterly forecasting process and annual budgeting process.
- Present these forecasts to FP&A Manager
- Provide insight into the monthly and quarterly results for Corporate Finance including forecasts.
- Ability to work independently across functions, manage highly complex projects, and be the development subject matter expert.
- Ability to learn general ledger accounting and drill into accounting records.
- Assist in identifying and implementing automation tools and process improvements.
- Prepare all bank reporting and compliance and assist in managing bank relationships.
- Assist in analyzing M&A opportunities and related due diligence.
- Develop tools for reporting on key performance indicators.
- Support accounting team with analytics and reconciliations as needed.
- Utilize excel and database skills to add efficiency to existing reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Communicate and work with all levels of management and support personnel.
- Work within and meet deadlines.
- Provide Ad-hoc analytics and financial decision support.
- Ability to learn other desks: Cash Management, Weekly Hours Reporting, etc. as needed to support Management when necessary.
- Other duties as approved by the FP&A Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with strong excel and database skills.
- CPA/CPA Candidate a plus, but not required.
- Minimum 0-2 years’ experience in a related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- QuickBooks or other ERP experience a plus
Physical Demands
- Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.
- Physically capable of standing and walking continuously for long periods of time as required by job scope.
- Physically capable of climbing, balance, bend, stoop, and kneel continuously.
- Perform work in enclosed (confined) spaces, as required by work scope.
