About the Job
- Document resolution scenario to meet regulatory and internal requirements
- Draft scenario descriptions into resolution plan document
- Educate stakeholders on specifics of the hypothetical scenario developed for resolution planning
- Consolidate different components of the Plan to ensure a cohesive document
- Provide status updates and substantive reviews of the Resolution Plan materials to Senior Management
- Coordinate with SMEs and section drafters/reviewers regarding content, timeline, and financial analysis
- Work alongside Legal, Risk and Treasury professionals on resolution strategy and financial analysis
- Lead, review and challenge for components of the submission, output and key assumptions
- Conduct quality control reviews for consistency in writing style, financial references, tables, and formats
- Perform financial accounting consolidation for all CUSO entities into a consolidated balance sheet, performing consolidating adjustments; Reconcile entities and holding company to regulatory reports
- Reconcile to managerial reporting views at line of business level across material entities
- Evaluate materiality of business lines and legal entities
- Evaluate detailed projections of balance sheet and income under resolution
- Facilitate quality control of process, assumptions and results
- Draft writing of procedural documentation to support process change descriptions
- Work with business SMEs to draft components of the resolution plan narrative
Requirements:
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
