- Assist in the implementation of Learning and Development initiatives for Finance and Legal which include topics like sustainability, new platforms, strengthening the skillset for our teams and monitoring performance.
- Manage logistics for all Finance programs (calendar planning, securing location, booking presenters, preparing training materials, implementing pre/post program actions, communicating and briefing consultants)
- Partner with global and local learning partners to ensure Finance development offerings are relevant and address the needs of the employees
- Support and continue to develop the Key User program as an essential group of trainers throughout the Finance organization
- Plan, record, track and review all Finance and Development budget and spend
- Record and manage all tickets that FT team receives and ensure there is resolution
- Supporting Finance community in training and adaption of new and existing tools and processes as well as continued evolution of embedded core systems (FP&A tool, SAP, Media Management Tool, New Demand Forecasting tool & process)
- Assist in process streamlining and Finance operations ways of working
- Responsible for managing recurring monthly tasks that come with Finance Training/Upskilling and Reporting.
