Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing financial data within the NetSuite platform. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, extracting and analyzing financial information, and providing insights to support financial planning and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Utilize NetSuite to generate accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage budgets and forecasts within NetSuite, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

3. Data Analysis: Extract, analyze, and interpret financial data from NetSuite to provide insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities.

4. Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to compare budgeted vs. actual financial performance, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement.

5. Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models within NetSuite to support scenario analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making.

6. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with finance, accounting, and other business teams to understand their financial reporting needs and provide data-driven insights.

7. System Optimization: Continuously explore and implement ways to optimize NetSuite configurations for financial data management and reporting.

8. Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst with expertise in NetSuite financial management.

• Strong proficiency in NetSuite financial reporting tools and functionalities.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• NetSuite is preferred
