Job Details

Provide analytical support to the Finance Division, conducting various financial and quantitative analyses.
Maintain and manage Hospital Cost Accounting system and Dashboard product.
Prepare financial schedules and reports to support business decision-making processes.
Assist in the development and management of hospital operating and capital budgets.
Investigate consolidation/expansion of services and prepare analyses for presentation to key decision-makers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, with three years of experience in financial/accounting field; or Master's degree with two years of experience.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
Working knowledge of financial reporting requirements, cost accounting principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Experience in healthcare finance is preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively present analyses and findings to stakeholders.
