Financial Analyst - Connect Search, LLC

Our client, a leading provider of medical devices, is seeking a career oriented and energetic Financial Analyst, to join the growing finance department. This position will require you to work in office 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Track and assess sales performance across all markets.
• Assist in building and updating sales databases, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
• Analyze patient data metrics, including referral patterns, market trends, and internal demographics, to support business growth.
• Design and implement automated reporting and forecasting tools to streamline data utilization.
• Collaborate with the Chief Sales Officer to calculate monthly commissions for sales liaisons.
• Gather, analyze, and present market data with actionable insights and forecasts for strategic business planning.
• Identify potential ancillary business partnerships and strategies to optimize them.
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate business performance to leadership and external stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support the creation and execution of sales strategies and objectives.
• Undertake additional related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in sales analysis and forecasting within a marketing environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of system analysis methods and principles of big data analysis.
