Responsibilities:
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by providing key financial insights that drive strategic decisions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to inform business decisions.
2. Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior leadership.
3. Utilizing SAP for financial reporting and analysis.
4. Reviewing and analyzing COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and Bill of Materials to identify cost-saving opportunities.
5. Conducting in-depth analysis of plant manufacturing costs to identify areas for improvement.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and profitability.
7. Utilizing Microsoft Office tools to create detailed financial models and forecasts.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in SAP is essential.
4. Strong skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
5. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
6. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
7. Solid understanding of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and Bill of Materials.
8. Proven experience in analyzing plant manufacturing costs.
9. Manufacturing experience is required.
