The Financial Analyst will be reporting to the Finance and Accounting Manager. This role is primarily focused on Operations Finance, with a key emphasis on budgeting and reporting for Indirect and SG&A costs, inventory, working capital, operating cash flow, and CAPEX.
In addition to these responsibilities, the position plays a crucial role as a business partner for the Operations, PMO, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality departments. The goal is to provide insights that prompt actionable measures, leading to positive financial outcomes.

Job Details
The Financial Analyst will be reporting to the Finance and Accounting Manager. This role is primarily focused on Operations Finance, with a key emphasis on budgeting and reporting for Indirect and SG&A costs, inventory, working capital, operating cash flow, and CAPEX.
In addition to these responsibilities, the position plays a crucial role as a business partner for the Operations, PMO, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality departments. The goal is to provide insights that prompt actionable measures, leading to positive financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Operations, PMO, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality departments to enhance financial and operating performance.
- Enhance existing financial models, Indirect Rate model for government audits and pricing guidance.
- Develop, refine, and optimize standard reporting capabilities for Indirect, SG&A, Inventory, and CAPEX reporting.
- Lead the inventory cycle counting process, reviewing variances and processing financial adjustments.
- Contribute to a robust internal control environment, including the review and analysis of work in process (WIP) inventory.
- Consolidate the weekly OPCF forecast model in close partnership with the Finance and Accounting Manager.
- Take a leading role in certain aspects of the monthly financial close, such as analysis, narrative creation, journal entries, account reconciliations, and standard reporting.
- Support Operations teams during month-end by consolidating sales order line item reviews.
- Lead the budget consolidation of site Indirect and SG&A expenses.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the team and the broader business.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis related to financial and operating metrics.
- Undertake additional projects based on business or departmental needs.
Requirements (Candidates must have):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to financial model and build tools and dashboards.
- 2-5 years of analyst experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of distilling and explaining complex data simply and concisely.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with various internal customers.
