About the Job
- Maintain and update recurring financial models and reports on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.
- Analyze trends of operating expenses and manufacturing variances to help business partners gain key insights into spending and costs.
- Support month end close including making journal entries and conducting balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Handle all cost accounting for manufacturing and analyze data to provide / set standard costs for finished goods.
- Track and maintain fixed asset records.
- Proactively collaborate with Cost Center Managers and Finance Business to develop annual budgets / quarterly and monthly forecasts.
- Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified and to assist with various ad hoc projects.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 3 y+ years financial responsibilities or equivalent work experience
- Proven proficiency in Excel (charts, pivot tables, vlookups).
- Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Systems skills with Oracle, Hyperion, and Essbase a plus.
- Good team player who can handle tactical & strategic duties.
- Comfortable engaging with all levels of leadership
