Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying key trends and risks
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting, monitoring performance for a designated group
- Reconcile financial data and support audit activities
- Collaborate with operations to provide financial insights and optimize performance
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer profitability and business scenarios
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making
- Communicate financial findings clearly to stakeholders
- Evaluate financial impact of customer requests and contracts
- Drive efficiency initiatives and cost-saving opportunities
- Participate in month-end financial activities
- Support cross-functional teams with financial expertise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of financial, cost accounting, and/or analytical experience
- Experience in healthcare financial management strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work with highly experienced professional staff
