About the Job
As an Associate on the Neutron Operations unit, you will be responsible to partner with Financial Regulatory Reporting & Analysis team to support pre production, production and post production phase. During this role, you will be collaborating with multiple regulatory exercises and reporting cycles including, but not limited to: CCAR, DFAST, Mid-cycle, Risk Appetite, Y9-C, Y-15, Resolution and Recovery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support successful execution of multiple regulatory exercises and reporting cycles including, but not limited to: CCAR, DFAST, Mid-cycle, Risk Appetite, Y9-C, Y-15, Resolution and Recovery
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and enhancement of Neutron's calculations, analytics, and reporting solutions with a focus on the end-to-end operating model
- Execute, document, and maintain of production run-book tasks
- Analyzing, evaluating and challenging both the current and future state business processes and application architecture to identify areas of opportunity for improvement / automation around the forecast data aggregation processes
- Develop materials (i.e., written and presentations) to provide executive management with transparency into the health of the Neutron platform, exercise/reporting execution and program delivery with a focus on risk identification and mitigation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or a subject of technical nature; with at least 5 years of financial services experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly to upper management in a concise manner
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a risk mindset
- Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power-point
