Title: Financial Analyst 3
Location: Vancouver, WA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12-month Contract (with possible extensions up to 5 years)
Pay Range: $50.97 - $54.19 per hour
Conduct quantitative analyses of financial information affecting operating plans and programs of public or private institutions Track a company's financial performance against a plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and helping management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing recommendations and periodic reports.

Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial information.
Education & Corresponding Experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Business Mathematics or a closely related technical field is highly preferred.
- 10 years of financial analysis experience in a fast-paced environment and an analytical capacity is required.
- Experience should include providing project support, project financial analysis, and forecasting .
- 5 years of direct experience with the following:
- Financial forecasting experience.
- Working knowledge of automated data systems.
- Running queries, generating reports to support management, troubleshooting and resolving issues in an automated environment.
- Researching data anomalies, evaluating information gathered (sometimes from multiple sources) and reconciling data conflicts.
- Applying a diversified knowledge of analysis principles and practices.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Verbal and written skills sufficient to provide ongoing training and updates to managers, stakeholders, and other customers.
- Skill in report development utilizing Excel or other reporting tools to create high level charts, graphs, and dashboards.
